Samantha Garfield is a strategic consultant who uses big picture thinking to influence profound change at established brands and emergent organizations. Drawing from her background in trend forecasting, experiential content and community-building, Samantha partners with her clients to envision and execute ambitious, new ventures that are celebrated for their business impact — and beloved for the unforgettable consumer experiences they offer.

In a dual role as strategic lead and communications director, Samantha oversaw the launch of A/D/O, a 23,000 square-foot collaboration center for designers in Greenpoint, Brooklyn founded by MINI (BMW Group) and designed by nARCHITECTS. The winner of the AIA’s 2017 Architecture Merit award, and lauded by New York Magazine, Newsweek International, Eater, The Architect's Newspaper and others, A/D/O is regarded as a disruptive project in the fields of grassroots communication, brand-building, adaptive reuse and experiential marketing.

Prior to her independent consulting, Samantha founded the strategy practice at Berlin-based creative transformation agency KKLD* (WPP), where she led global brand initiatives for client teams including Baume & Mercier, Bayer, BMW i, MINI, Panasonic and Swarovski. In her role, she also advised on communication strategy for the European Green Party and Little Sun, Studio Olafur Eliasson’s solar lamp for the developing world. 

A fierce champion for activism in the arts, Samantha is proud to lend brand partnership expertise to the legendary East Village-based Performance Space New York. She also acts as strategic advisor to venture accelerator URBAN-X, mentoring startups who are designing products for a better urban life.
